Who turned out the lights?

Today I was pushed into an art storeroom cupboard. My friend R decided to give me a big hug in Art class and not let go. Which is fine by me, as he was mumbling some sob story about how he had a headache and needed a hug to feel better. But then, out of nowhere, he gracefully opened the door to the said cupboard, "swished" his hip and caused me to go sliding into it. He then shut the door and turned off the lights.

Luckily I saw the funny side and burst into peels of laughter as I tried to get enough grip on my shoes to push back on the door to get out...if only he wasn't leaning on it.
Anyway, that was a highlight of my day, I did get out by going silent and causing him to relax before I burst out. Thats how I roll.

What Fools these Mortals be!

I celerated the Solstice today with a pansy garden and faerie ring, along with Fiddles, Banjos and flutes. It was lovely, unfortunately the weather seemed a little "Meh" but you can't have everything I suppose.

After a small gathering appeared, the Theatre group I attend called PAAAF (Performance Absurd Acts & Frolicking) moved the audience to the theatre itself and performed a sweet dance routine to the flute. Lots of Pixies were involved and Ivy leaves were placed on heads and hair.

When my *New* Phone is fully charged once more, I'll show the videos of the whimsical dancing.

Sorry I've been so long.

I know, very inventive title, but at least I have now summed up all the boring news straight away!

IN OTHER NEWS:

I have cut my hair, I will add pictures later-but trust my word on this, I think it's a slight inprovement.

I got bored and drew a pretty picture, of which I do have and will give to you:

That's all folks!
EDIT: Sorry for putting it on Thrice, I didn't realise. I'll put up the hair images at some point-just not now.

Happy Birthday Madre!

As you probably can tell from the title, it is my beloved Mother's birthday today. I won't say how old she is, but she is still as young as ever she was and not a day twixt that.

I also made her a cake. A FAIL cake. I will post images of that up when I can, but seriously folks, those with heart problems might have to look away when I show you it.

In other News:
Was Ill on Monday, was not fun let me tell you, but I survived and i'm now enjoying the feeling of  wretchedness no more.
I also may be on a radio play...but I'll not mention too much about that until a script is set out and everything is cast in stone. Fingers Crossed!

Pros and Cons of Communism over Strawberries..

..is what we got up to at Cambridge. We decided there were more Cons than Pros and your welcome to challenge that.

I made some wacky new friends and for the sake of the evil tinterwebs I shall call them, J-Kun (as he is male), J-Chan (as she is female), M and Z. Not to mention the others!

M could have been a L lookalike:

I also found out that 8 sugars in a coffee is awesome, but you do tend to do cartwheels on the lawn.

UPDATE ON THE FISH AND TOADS: Toad and Toadette are fine, calmed down a little bit from hopping around manically and Orange is a bit of a bully to Lemon, but i'm sure they'll be fine, hopefully!

So Long, and thanks for all the fish.

I'm going away for four days, off to Cambridge no less. I'm going to bask in the sun and dance in the thunderstorms that are predicted.

I hope I'll be able to capture some pretty landscapes whilst i'm there. I'm also wanting to check out the Botanical Gardens if I get half a chance.

I'll sign off for now, I need to finish packing my things-then off to the train station!
